Yearly we acquire the “Readers Choice Award Best of Hawaii”. It shows we are consistent to say the least. Deep sea sport fishing is not for the faint at heart. You have to be dedicated and have a good idea of what you’re doing out there on the waters off Kauai. Experience matters and you have to start somewhere right? All of Ohana’s Captains and crew are from right here on Kauai, born and raised. If you don’t know already that most local boys who are born and raised on Kauai or in the islands know how to fish very well out here. From shoreline, off rocks and from boats. In all bodies of water that provide fish! There are a special breed of humans called hunter gatherers and you will find them here with us. On and off the beautiful island of Kauai there are plenty of creatures to hunt. So, those lucky enough to know this type of human know they’ll neva go hungry, lol.
On a more serious note, yep we were awarded, again the best of the best award. If you have taken the time out to land here you may be on your way or have read our reviews on some of the most reputable review sites. You cannot dispute our guests perspective be it positive or negative. I will share that we have so so many five start reviews. Right now is not the time to be so humble but to show honor and respect to our guys for doing such a great job, and yes brag a little. They one hundred percent deserve it.
Spring / Summer is upon us, ah my favorite time of the year! The light in the sky changes and days are longer, flowers are more fragrant and fish are more abundant. It has been awhile since I have blogged here, no excuses. The months pass bye so quickly it’s insane. Something tells me I need to slow down a bit. Maybe I need to just go fishing and chill, or catch a fish like these peeps below!
